I love Woolies and just needed to pop in for some milk and a litre of juice so I rocked up at the smaller store and noticed that the doors were closed. I checked the time and it was about 17h58. I thought they closed at 7pm so checked the time on the board and saw they closed at 6pm. Still, 6pm is NOT 17h58! Since there were still customers paying in store at 18h02, I tried to signal someone and asked if I could just come in for a litre of milk and juice. She asked someone else and the response was, "no, we're closed." Had the doors only closed at 6pm, I would have actually made! I think it's really bad that the store was closed before then AND very petty that they wouldn't let me get so much as a litre of milk. I had to drive all the way to the Plattekloof store, look for parking and waste more time... I love Woolies and their products, but I was exceedingly disappointed by this poor customer service.
