I recently visited Cape Union Mart at the Midlands Mall. I received amazing service from Mpumeleli Mkhize. He went way beyond his call of duty and I ended up spending way more money then I intended to! I was in the shop for a long period of time and was very demanding and he was there to help me the entire time with absolutely no attitude. It is very rare nowadays to receive such good service and I really hope that Cape Union Mart appreciates employees such as this man.
