Misleading ads and rude staff, pathetic service

Your Westgate branch is pathetic to say the least.
1. Don't know how your promotion works, was asked by the staff to read how it works. In that case I qualify for ALL promotions!
2. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever!
3. We spent over R3500.00 and we still don't qualify what your promotion stated.
4. Staff working at the Sunglasses Den refused to assist, they rather speak to one another and pray for time to pass.
5. Phoned head office branch to lodge a formal complaint, the "Supervisor" put me on hold, whilst one of the consultants tried to get hold of manager. Elsa is your staff member of the day. Well done, and thanks for placing me on hold for almost 10 minutes.
6. Your name should be- "Rude staff" welcomes unwelcome customers.

I want to let everyone know to stay away from Edgars Westgate, you can be certain you will waste your time and will not be assisted. They don't even know how their own products works.
I am closing my account and will certainly take this further, you can count on that.

R3500 badly spent! Your promotion is falsely advsertised and misleading!
