It seems to me that Kalahari is inept at implementing promotions/sales on their online marketplace.
Once again Kalahari has blundered a promotion by:
1) Not supplying customers with any information on how the promotion works;
2) Not clearly indicating which items are on sale;
3) Not informing their call centre staff properly about the promotion.
In short, the 2 for 1 sale promotion is a trainwreck.
Kalahari has managed to once again leave a sour taste in my mouth.
