The first person to answer the phone starts laughing whilst she is talking to me, when I asked if something is funny, she said no it's the guy next to her. When I asked to be transfered, my request was declined. I redailed the call centre and the next person could not assist me with the details of my contract/agreement with Woolworths.
It took 23 mins for someone to tell me when my first instalment is due and how much my instalment would be, which is not accarding to my telephonic agreement.
Really! I have not even paid my first instalment and it's such a mission to get any information.
