I went to dis-chem to have my prescription filled and was told that they did not have the eye drops in stock but they will phone me when they receive it. WELL I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE PHONE CALL!! I went to dis-chem this morning to enquire after SIX DAYS why I was not contacted OR ALTERNATIVELY WHY WAS IT NOT DELIVERED TO ME! The person that I talked to could not tell me why I was not contacted and did not even look as if he cared! Is this the manner in which Dis-chem treats their customers??!! Well you have seen the last of my money I will definitively not waste my time there again goodbye and good riddance!
