I was at Dis-chem in Woodlands waiting for my prescription for 45 min - 1 hour. I understand that Dis-chem was busy and lots of people were standing in the queue but seriously there were 4 people working yesterday and only one was there at a time, when a client left the till the Pharmacist also left and the line was going very slow. Everybody was getting irritated with the long wait. Some people left the line as this was ridiculous. To be honest the other Dis-chems in Pretoria are way better than the service at woodlands Dis-chem.
