I bought the Defy 3 piece oven on the 20 Jan a month ago. I paid cash. Up untill today I am just waiting and I am putting my plans on hold for the oven as its need to be build in with the cupboards. i don't understand if you don't have stock how can you advertise it in the recent Game leaflet. I do not want to take this higher and futher than this email I am sending you. I have spoken to a Peter, John who assisted us with the sale aswell as a girl (think her name is Lwazi). They gave me the tell number of Defy on Saturday but didn't have the decency to tell me that they closed on a Saturday???
I understand the fact that when I bought the stove there was no stock available however how can it take a month for you guys to get stock. I need feedback before close of business today or I will lay a formal complaint on hellopeter, maybe then I will get HELP or even my Stove.
My expectations:
The stove to be delivered to me as I am a waiting customer and I did not opt for deliveary but I want it to be delivered to me free of charge as I have been to your store for feedback and I was the one that had to call. Even a courtesy call would been nice??? Nothing
