Charged me twice in my bank account

THE CASHIER SWIPED MY DEBIT CARD FIRST TIME AND MY PHONE GAVE ME TRANSACTION THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR THE 3ITEMS BUT ON HER SIDE THE TILL GAVE HER ERROR MESSAGE, I SHOWED HER THE REPORT SMS FROM MY BANK BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY GOING TO SWIPE MY CARD SECOND TIME OF WHICH THEY DID.MY PHONE REPORTED THAT THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN R115 BUT THEY TOLD ME ABOUT REVESALS .I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND I TOLD HER THAT WHAT IRRITATE ME IS THAT WHAT IF IT WAS THE LAST MONEY I WAS HAVING AND THE CASHIER IS NOT EVEN APOLOGISING.SHE TOOK MY DETAILS BUT THEY ADVISED THEY WILL CALL THEIR CALL CENTRE TO DO REVERSAL BUT NO ONE HAS CALLED ME YET OR GOT MY MONEY BACK.I DO NOT ACCEPT SUCH TREATMENT FROM LEGIT I NEED MY MONEY BACK, AND NO ONE HAS MADE ANY FOLLOW UP OR EVEN CARE TO CALL ME AND I COULD NOT GO BECAUSE I AM BUSY AT WORK, THIS INCIDENT HAPPEND 18/01/2012.
