Billed for airtime l never received

I responded to an advertisement selling R50 airtime for R36, that was some time in May. No further communication was received what so ever. Now in June money has been charged on my account. It is not clear which period l am being charged for. Further that After numerous phone calls, l was told someone would call me when wait 48 hours ago. I did consent to receiving advertisement from 3rd parties but not my account details being given to 3rd parties.l was under the impression the airtime is from Edgars but this appears to be from another company. It was never communicated that l would be dealing with a 3rd party. This is shocking as no one confirmed to find out if l had consented to have money taken from my account. Further steps should be taken to ensure, the safety of Customer's account details. Up to now l do not even know the name of the airtime Company.
