We bought a couch set from the Witbank Rochester in February. After weeks of promises of the couches going to be delivered every other Saturday, no delivery happened. This is after we paid the 50% deposit. We went back to the shop wanting answers as it has been a month of promises. Then our couch set wasn't available, they wrapped the display set for us to take as a loan set. We have had this loan set for 2 months now, the shop phoned us demanding the other 50% of he money because our coach set is ready and will be delivered on Saturday 15 June. We paid the rest of the money in good faith that our couch set will be delivered during that Saturday. But the day went by without any couch set. We phoned on the Monday (public holiday) wanting to know what's going on? After many excuses still no delivery.
In other words these people we have experienced nothing but frustration and irritation from these people waging this shop.
Very bd service, a lot of promises and no delivery.
