After paying with my bankcard, it showed declined, but the amount of R522.01 went of my bank account and showed reserved. The manager request me to pay cash which I did but now after 12 days still no refund. The incident happened on the 1st of June and today is already the 13th of June 2013. After numerous phonecalls and promises nothing happened. I'm still without any refund! This is really very disappointing because I'm a Gold member and love to shop at Clicks. Please help..
