I went to clicks on saturday 25/11/2013 to buy some medication, when I got to the ashier she explained to me before even doing anything that they were having a problem with standard bank as it was on and offline if I was going to pay with a standard bank card it might or may not go through but if it does not go through and get an sms on my phone not to worry as it will get reversed, I then asked her how long does it take for it to be reversed she then called the supervisor who explained that it could take 24hrs but if it does not I am welcome to come back when ever I had time for a refund they would glady refund me, which I then gladly paid with my card and it happened as they said it might, I then had to pay cash but I was at ease because I knew exactly what was happening.
