I submitted a report on 28 May about not having feedback from my enquiry online. Xolile did try phone me and sent me an email. I called her back and she said she was trying to confirm if she could find the right shoes I was looking for, she found a pair at Shoe Gallery but wasn't sure it was the right colour. I didn't hear from her, phoned her back and she said she will call me back. I still don't know what is going on as I have had no feedback from her or anyone just to let me know whats going on.
