My husband bought me two dresses as a surprise. Neither of which fit or look good. Being a typical man he of course did not keep the slip. Now Truworths is unwilling to even EXCHANGE the item, which has never been worn and still has tags on. i am left with R800 worth of dresses which are a complete waste. I do not know of any other store that will not exchange. I understand not being willing to refund, but not being willing to exchange for an item that is sitting right there in the store and can be resold?! Terrible customer service, they clearly care nothing at all about customers being happy with their service and their brand. I will never go to truworths again, the price you pay for their clothes and they will not even do a simple exchange for you where all other stores I know of will. I will also most certainly tell all friends and family not to shop there as they do not care at all about their customers. Really shocking.
