VERY BAD SERVICE

On Friday I phone medipost to ask for a prescription that my husband needs very urgent. They said they will phone me when I can collect it. They never phone. Monday I phone again, and the lady said I can come from 14:00 to collect it at reception. I go to Medipost and tell the lady there I want the medicine. She said I must go to teh cashier. A friendly lady help me and give me the medicine. When I come home I see it is not the medicine what we need urgently. I phone and a lady tell me that I must go back to the pharmacy and get the medicine at reception. When I come there the lady at reception said the medicine is not there. I tell her that the other lady tell me to get it there. She looks on the computer and I see on the computer that we get Warafin in April last. I tell her that and then she said I'm to stupid to understand her screen.

I must wait again 20 minutes before I get the medicine. When I look on my invoice I see they said they said that they already gave me 3 scripts and we receive only 2 scripts.
