I needed medicine so I went to Pnp Norwood Pharmacy at 8:29am. The Pharmacist was extremely helpful and provided the outstanding service to me, but how to pay for the medicine? No cashiers at the pharmacy tills! The regular and kiosk cashiers were of no help. Even the woman superviser barely helped and passed the problem onto someone else. She told me to go to the cellphone counter to see if I can pay there. No use, a waste of time as usual. Does pnp want my money or not? I suggest self service tills so I do not have to wait for your incompetent service. I will go elsewhere to do all my transactions, like Checkers or Discem just to name a few. I am sure they would like my business. Please do not bother to phone me, as I do not need customer care service apologising. This is not the first or the last time I deal with pnp and receive shocking service. If I can not even pay for medicine, why is pnp even open!
