Order cancellation within 12 hours

I was contacted via my cell phone from a sales conultant with regards to a promotion Homemark has on a Polaroid 7.9 inch Tablet. His name is Ipeleng Matshaneng. While he was explaining the features etc.to me I enquired about the payment etc. and also asked him if I can cancel the deal within 24 hours because I needed to consult my spouse. I got hold of my spouse and explaned to her about the deal. After consulting with my spouse I decided I was not going ahead with the deal. I tried calling the number (011630600) which I got from Ipeleng. I could not get through. I phoned Telkom from my cell and after a couple of transfers there I got this number 0114448800. I got through on this number and eventually spoke to Gladys who said she'll get Ipeleng to call me back. No one phoned back. I decided to call again. I got through again and spoke to an African guy again. He again said he's going to get Ipeleng to give me a call. Up until this e-mail I have not spoken to Ipeleng. In my final call the receptionist told me she's going to e-mail their supervisor to call me. Today (17thJan2013) I had to call again. Chrishanda put me on hold and I still await to hear from her. She's not answering her line either.
