I recently purchased a vacuum cleaner (Mighty mite) from Game (Which I am very happy with). Unfortunately, the vacuum bags that I purchased to used with it, is of terrible quality. Three broke. Two of them while I was putting it in the cleaner. The first thing the company did when contacting them, is deny that such a thing can happen. Sorry. But I cannot see the reason why I, as consumer, should carry the loss of bad quality. Pleased sort it out with yout supplier (Hisa Clean), as they are not really interested in the consumer.
