I phoned Glasfit Roodepoort for a quote about 3 weeks ago. They told me that they'll send someone out and nobody pitched. When I phoned again they told me that they're very busy and after a few calls someone came out to take the measurements for my window. This was about 2 weeks ago. They called me with the price and then I never heard from them again. I phoned yesterday and the gentleman I spoke to advised that they're busy but he will get someone to come out and fit the window today, but he will call me. It's now 12:26 and still no word from Glasfit. This is unacceptable service.
