This is the 3rd time that I had bad service from glasfit. The 1st time I took my car for a side window replacement and they replaced my window but the door handle gets stuck when opening the door then I have to push the handle back for the door to close. The 2nd time I had a chip in my front window and they couldn't help me. And today is the 3rd time. I was at Glasfit at 7:50 and the receptionist was saying out loud for the other lady that they should put a board up for their trading hours, because they only begin work at 8 and the customers keep coming in before 8. After feeling unwelcome I told her that I was there for a chip repair and she asked me if the chip got wet, 2min before I spoke to her it started to rain, so I said yes. She told me they couldn't help me I must come back on Monday when the chip is dry. I took time of work to go there and it is realy hard for me to take time of at work, now they want me to take time of work again on Monday. Why didn't they tell me that it should not get wet yesterday, then I could have done something to prevent that! I don't know if I can get of work again, probably gonna drive around with another chip on my window thanks to Glasfit!!
