I have settled this account on the 9th of April 2013. On the 5th June 2013 the settlement amount was still NOT allocated to our account! Today on the 11 June 2013 i received an sms which reads "PAY YOUR TOTAL DUE OF R2139.10 ON YOUR DIONWIRED ACC TODAY, TO AVOID HANDOVER TO OUR DEBT COLLECTIONS AGENCY. So i get threats from Dion wired but YOU have not allocated my settlement??? How difficult can this be? 2 months later and its still not done??? Please get your account department to do their work!
