Accounts Department Incompetence!

I've diligently made payments on my DionWired Account on a monthly basis by means of an EFT. These funds have not been allocated to my account. My account reflects a large amount in arrears although in reality I've paid in advance. This has now reached the point where they have blacklisted me, even though I've submitted the proof of these payments to both DionWired as well as their attorneys. I received notifications on my Outlook Email Account where the employees from DionWired have deleted my mails without reading it. Promises have been made by MBD Debt Collectors that this will be rectified within 48 hours. It has now been more than a month since the last request for rectification, and still nothing! This negligence from DionWired has now impacted my credit record extremely negatively and this is unfair treatment towards me.
