I bought the vital pills on the 01/06/2013 from the shelf and the chemist was closed as it was late. I later realised that I bought the wrong ones, so I went back to Maponya to return them only to find out that medications are not returned as the South African policy. The two boxes were not opened. The gentlemen explained and showed us the written policy that is stuck by the chemist. My question is how does someone see that paper when they are only getting medications from the shelves? How many people are aware of that policy (all ages), therefore kindly place that kind of info by the blue board hanging above the shelves that's written CHEMIST in big letters. That way people are aware and are educated.
