Click Baby Club had this special offer that if you purchase baby stuff over a certain amount you can qualify for a Goodie Bag. (You will be notified by email if you qualified for the goodie bag.)
So I received an email that I qualified for the goodie bag and that I must go pick it up before the 30 June 2013. Yesterday my husband and I went to the Clicks Pharmacy at Fleurdal mall, we were told by the branch that there is not one clicks in Bloemfontein with stock on the goodie Bag.
I can understand it if a shop is out of certain stock, because you can't always plan how much stock your customers will need, But this is an controlled situation, emails were sent to qualifying customers, Clicks has all these customers information through their Club Card info and therefore will know how many people qualified in Bloemfontein and therefore need to send, for example 100 goodie bags to Bloemfontein.
This is unacceptable!
