I'm completely disturbed with the pharmacists at clicks pharmacies of late. About 2 weeks ago I went to Clicks Pharmacy, Mall@Reds in Centurion to pick up my repeat prescription of BILOCOR which is my treatment for hypertension. I was given a box of tablets labelled BILOCOR but when I arrived home and opened the pack, i ralized that the tablets inside were not what the label said. I had been given the wrong medication, I googled the med and it turned out that the med was for cholesterol. I was lucky because I knew what my tablets looked like, If i was taking them for the 1st time, I wouldnt have known and would have started drinking these tablets given. This is highly dangerous and couldve caused danage. When i returned the med, there was not even an pology from the pharmacist! I was so furios but that wasnt the last time. A week I went to pick up meds for my 5 year old who had flu, the doc had prescribed flusin C for kiddies but was given flusin syrup for adults which i also realised when i got home and read the leaflet which clearlrly said "not recommended for kids under 12" again i got no apology for this dangerous mistake. I feel somthing should be done about this issue
