I Shop at the Pick and Pay in Waterfall at least 3 times a week. I have found that I need to check my till-slip every time as often the prices on the electronic barcode does not correspond with the till-slip. One error was R 25.00 rand diff on a 45 Rand item. I also have found that often they do not take my smart shopper card, then its like sorry we cant credit you the points after the fact. Surely there must be some way to do this?
I have found that resolving these complaints is meet with a real unfriendly and unhelpful attitude.
I hope that somebody at Pick and Pay will try and address these issues, makes shopping there a real grudge event.
