THANK YOU TO CEDRIC AT PICK'nPAY CHERRY LANE

Good evening

I would like to take this opportunity of thanking Cedric from Pick 'n Pay Cherry Lane, Brooklyn for his honesty.

Cherry Lane is my normal Pick'nPay. The manager Annetjie and the staff are wonderful. I alway feel like family when I shop with them.
I did my shopping and at the till purchased Airtime in the amount of R100. Unfortunately, I dropped my till slip whilst carrying my packets. Upon my return home I found that I had dropped my slip.
I drove back to Cherry lane and started scanning the papers on the floor for my till slip with my R100 airtime still attached.
Cedric saw me and very politely asked what I was looking for. I told him my till slip.
He advised me that he had found my till slip and put it away for me and proceed to fetch the till slip.
Cedric handed me my still slip with my R100 Airtime still in tact.
I wanted to reward him financially for his efforts, to which he replied thank you, but staff are not allowed to receive any monetary rewards.

To the management of Pick'nPay Cherry Lane. Thank you for creating an enviroment of trust and honesty. I have seldom seen this in South Africa.
