3 weeks and counting

I bought a Brand new Lounge suite at the Ok stores in Trade route mall in Lenasia, a few days later I noticed that the stuffing on one of the cushions for the Lounge suite was coming out, on further investigation it was found that the Zip of the cushion was broken, I immediately contacted the store and explained the problem, Hajira asked me to bring the cushion in to the store and the supplier will verify whether it could be fixed, if not they would replace me with a new cushion, she further explained that it would take 3-4 working days before I could come and collect the cushion again. Its been a 3 weeks now and counting that I still have not heard any news on the cushion, when my husband went to the store he was told that nobody knew anything about the repair and further investigation found that the cushion was still in the store! and hadn't even been given to the supplier for repairs! The supervisor's aswell as the manager have no clue as to when a simple repair on my supposedly brand new loundge suite cushion will be ready for collection...
