GHIA Lounge Suite Problems

I bought a lounge suite in May 2012 & the one counch has started giving in by the one cushion & you an feel the wood, I called Beares Westgate (5th August 2013) & the moment I mentioned it was a Ghia make the store attendent (Vonney) started laughing, I asked why is she laughing, she said im not the first to complain about Ghia lounge suite, she said she will contact the supplier & get back to me. She called me back 2 days later & explained that the supplier produced a faulty batch. I called again on the 14th August 2013 & no one has given me straight answer, this lounge suite was expensive & you cant tell me its only supposed to last a year. Since this is happening with not just one set I would like a full refund, I do not want it repaired as this is a factory fault, & it might continue to break. I called today (20th August 2013) & now the lady (Vonney) I was dealing with has left without handing anything over anything, when I spoke to the new lady this morning, she knew nothing about this and has seen that a call has not even been logged yet. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE SORT THIS OUT, I am getting deeply annoyed as to how beares handles their customers.
