Received an SMS to collect my credit card from the Rosebank store needless to say I did not receive any notification or given choice as to where it will be convenient to collect the card. When I arrived at the customer service desk I was asked to produce my ID book and proof of residence. I gave the lady the copy of my ID and a policy document from Iwyze which reflected my physical address. The lady refused to accept the document and told me that they only accept utility bills and statements. I asked them to ensure this document was not acceptable they told me there was no one who can help as their FICA department was closed. I asked if they can send the card to Sandton because Rosebank is out of my way they said I will b charged R75. I ended up asking them to close an account and I was told I will be charged a cancellation fee, I then left the store needless to say I was frustrated and disappointed.

As I was walking out of the store I decided to contact the call centre and spoke to Ridwaan Scott and related the story to him. He promised that he will arrange for the card to be sent to Sandton City. TIll today I still receive SMS to collect at Rosebank.
