I put a complaint against House and home on HelloPeter on May 28 and they responded very quickly on the site with a generic message saving face so that it appears as if they care about customer service. It has been 10 days since i placed my complaint on HelloPeter and nothing has been done. I have been without a machine for more than 3 months now, when i call in I get brushed off if I am fortunate enough to get to speak to somebody, nobody takes the responsibility of contacting me and resolving my issue. I as the customer have to constantly call and email and i dont get help. The washing machine is sitting in their store, my money is in their bank account and I can go fly a kite for all they care. I am extremely disgusted with my interaction with House & Home.
