I'm so disgusted an frustrated, with a Defy washing machine I bought at your N1 city branch about 2 months ago. The thing has delayed by 3 days, I was unhappy about that, eventually someone from your store kept calling my office asking if I have "received my machine" honestly is this the way you treat someone who in under 3 months was buying about R20 000 of equipment from your store. Now, I am sitting in my new house, with a half broken kitchen, The machine 1stly didn't work properly I called 2 of your stores and couldn't find anyone who could help me, as this machine was flooding my house everytime I switched it on, moved it into my new kitchen an guess what happens, The things jumps a whole half of my NEW kitchen into pieces... which is going to cost me R3000 as the wood that was just put there BROKE! because of the machine, Yet I am calm... So now I am to scared to use the dam thing... So on a eventually I now had to buy a other pipe, that connects the machine with water, an I had to get a carpenter to come fix my cupboard, I feel comfortable using the machine... Eventually I put the machine on, seeing I have tons of laundry GUESS what happens... CALL ME
