Staff failing to delive

On the 6th of June I walked into woollies Eastgate just before they closed and ordered 2 frizoccinos with my sister to take away. Then we waited as they were preparing them, then decided to walk in and buy cheese. As we returned to pick up station we were met by a rude cashier who told us she had closed. I then asked her where our frizo's were and she turned around and walked away. I was shocked and asked the remaining staff that was cleaning how the can't give me my order as they all witnessed me order they told me to come back the next day. I then went to report at customer services and one of the stuff members told me there is nothing that can be done as the coffee shop was a separate entity. I was in shock still am as I didn't expect that kind of service from woolworths. I met one of the floor managers and reported and she said well I will speak to them tomorrow didn't even take my details and I figured it was just to shut me up. If this is how woolworths Eastgate treats their customers then they can count me out. I can get my stuff elsewhere.
