Previously I thought Woolworth is one of a top service brand, not anymore and it will be the last time I will shop at Woolworth Eastgate!
Today at Woolworths Food, I left my shopping cart with a Woolworths staff as I need to go outside for few minutes, she told me that she will keep the cart at the cashier when I came back. However when I came back I couldn't found her so I walk direct to cashier near the office room asking from a staff where is my cart I left with your friend, however instead of referring me to some other staff who can help she just replied that I dont know and just walk away! There has few more staff were standing there and heard what I asked for however nobody try to help but just standing and staring at me with their empty brain.
Whats a cheap attitude worker and terrible service standard Woolworth have! What's on earth how they can be so dumb - not even know that there is only one room behind the cashier area that they can keep stuff for customer! Apart from a non-service mind it is not just about basic sense these worker should have?
