I've been on the phone with the woolworths staff for almost an hour now, trying to get a pair of red leather gloves. It's so upsetting to deal with such degenerate people who have no manners, people skills or professionalism.
I've been on the phone with them for such a long time, they keep transferring the line from one person to another. One woman I spoke to at eastgate kept me holding for 15 minutes just for her to check the stock. I'm sorry but I think your staff are very intellectually challenged people who got a job just because the company was in desperate to hire staff.
They lack so much, especially people skills.
Even their managers are not available on the phones, their lines just keep ringing. Eastgate and East Rand Mall Woolworths shops are a night mare!!! Whether you go there personally or you phone them, it's the same thing! A bunch of useless people!
