I am very disappointed with Collectors in Cape Town. They keep calling me for payment but cannot fix the account errors. I requested a 12 month account and the first collector was very rude said its impossible to correct. I need a recon done ie all purchases and payments since account opened to be adjusted accordingly. I actually need Abigail Bisogno's email address. Foschini need to stop hiring cheap labour if they intent keeping clients happy. if they cant do the recon they need to send me all the info I will do it myself. I refuse to pay unless corrected. I WILL NOT PAY INTERESTS.. I WILL NOT DEAL WITH SUPERVISORS
