Regardless of my complaint on 18 Dec 2013, foschini promised to resolve the instalment issue but untill today nothing has been done. I bought for R4200 over 12 months, guess what my installment is more than R2000.I am paying what I think is reasonable R350, but my account has been handed over to the rude collector who won't even listen to what I am saying. As a result my cellphone line has been suspende, this is the second month, even though I tried to cancel this airtime contract. This is so inconveniencing. Getting threatening calls from the bullies even though its not my fault. The interests added to my account is also shocking. Is this the way they make profit?
