What a disappointment to get to as store and find that they are closed due to Stock take in the middle of the day. Times from Yesterday 05/06/2013 15:00 till 06/06/2013 13:00
Totally redicoules that it will happen during normal "office" hours. Having only a certain time frame to do your shopping as we in the working class all are bound to lunch hours, and the Managers attitude I did inform the Centre.
Strange how client could be informed of sales and other crab but when it comes to see to it that clients are not inconviniance no one think to inform at least account holders.
I'm really disappointed in the poor customer service from the Manager Dennis Phakati. Who's sullotion was that I'm welcome to either wait till 13:00 or I can travell to the Monti Casino Branch. That upsetted me even more as I'm not fimilliar with the area.
In the few minutes that I was infront of the store about 10 clients turned away.
Yesterday when I was in the store they had quite a few sales. Really not a wise choice of Stock take during working hours.
