Incredible Connection
Out of stock and needing a new manage

I bought Kodak printer from this store but when I needed a cartridge the store was out of stock. This is NOT acceptable. We were told that they had ordered and went back 2 days later with no luck. Still out of stock. I asked to see the manager and waited 15 minutes only for the sales lady to come out and tell me the manager says he will order. No apologies, no date when he will receive the cartridge, nothing. No advice on where to get a cartridge. A managers prime job description is stock control and customer service. he or she has failed miserably in these two departments. maybe he or she should get a job desctription they can manage. like organising the cleaning staff as the store was dusty and the I had to walk to the sales staff as they leaned against the wall looking at me approach without budging to meet me half way. What a totally slack store!!
