I bought a phillips iron GCGC3720 on the 28th January 2012, at boardmans, the iron started cracking on the handle, eventually it started falling into pieces. i took it back to Boardmans Northgate today on the 17th Jan 2013, Mandla assisted me, firstly he wanted me to go to Fourways rather because he will be busy with stock taking, secondly the iron needs to go for quality assessment, and he will only attend to it after 2 weeks and he can only call me back in 8 weeks. According to him I was suppose to take it to Fourways Mall so that it can be dealt with quickly, how is stocl taking my issue as a customer? why must i be taken from pilar to post?
