I bought a iron 8 months ago form clicks. (still under garintee)
In December while my girl was ironing flames came out off it.
I took it back to them on the 18 December 2012.
The said I get it back by 27 December 2012.
But we where on holiday so I said I get it in January2013.
When we got back the iron was not ready and clicks said that
the service centre where closed. After a hige fight they phone me today and said I must pay R130.00
before the will fixed the iron. I dont understand it is under garnitee and they wrote on the repair note still
in very good condition. And it was!!
I had it form Clicks, i want my iron fiexed without paying!!!
