INCOMPETENCE HAS COST ME ONCE AGAIN

In November 2012 I paid my DSTV account at Checkers Northgate. The cashier who wasnt paying any attention for what she gets paid to do put through the wrong amount and another payment had to be made with TONS of attitude. DSTV has now informed me that there was only ONE payment processed from the TWO payments I was forced to make due to this cashiers incompetence, laziness & lack of attention to detail. I now had to pay the arrears on the DSTV account due to Checkers negligence - this payment was also made into the WRONG account which DSTV sourced and reallocated to the correct account - MY ACCOUNT. The reference number for one of the payments is 4024896182522445744, please source the other payment that was made and issue a refund immediately as this money never even reached DSTV. Please ensure this issue is sorted out immediately.
