Unable to send card due to post office strike

I joined Identity, about 4 months ago, I've been receiving my statements but Im still awaiting my card...

I was given a temp cardboard card when I opened my account and promised within 2 weeks to receive my card.
I also asked the cashier if Identity would provide their banking details with the documents as Im unable to go to the outlet every month just to pay the account.
The cashier has informed me that yes I will be receiving all of the above in 2weeks.

Every time I inconvenience myself and my workplace, to go pay my account, I ask the cashier when I will be receiving my card, he keeps telling me THE POST OFFICE WAS ON STRIKE!
Really? They were on strike in Feb 2013!

Then I get told by the delay of the strike, I will receive it shortly... fair enough, BUT HOW COME I RECEIVE BILLS FROM IDENTITY? Guess the billing department is using PIGEONS for delivery!!

Lines are also forever down when u request the cashier to contact...

Not only is my card the problem, when u walk into Identity the Glen, u can walk in and shop and walk out without paying as the staff is forever in "the back". Is it my job to call them so that I can be served??
