I lost my wallet in the month of October and in it was my ID& all my cards and 1 of the cards in the was Fashion express reported the card lost immediately ordered a new 1 @ the Claremont branch was adv that I needed an Identity Doc as I adv that I lost it I was told to apply 4 a temp so I did paid extra R70 for Temp Identity Doc only for them to tell me they needed the actual Identity Doc 2 issue me with a new card that was in the period of Nov-Dec needed 2 buy my children christmas clothes so I really struggled non the less I go to the Wynberg branch still not having a new card nor an Identity Doc only as I'm still waiting for it only to be told I can't pay my own acc if I don't have a card or Identity Doc I was amazed by this as my acc is going further down in arreas willing to pay my acc so after straying with the lady that was REFUSING to take my pymnt she eventually did after I had 2 go back several times
