I hav had an account with them for over a year now .this year in June this year my amplifier for my music system broke i took back to the store. The manufacture told them it cannot be fixed they had to give me a new one The old music system i finished paying for the end of July, they suppose to take the amount that i have been paying and minus it from the new they gave me>nw i am getting calls that i have not payed for the new one the gave me this year July .forgetting what happened and what they are suppuse to do, i.v benn called may times and i have sxplained my story many time to the head office call centre agents and their supervisor amd i have went myself to jabulani nall and explained it over and over again but no one is helping me, Instead i get Caroline from Jabulani Malll branch turning everything and blaming me their customer and i did not do anything wrong i/v been paying so well and now i am receiving phone calls and sms non stop... pls pls pls pls pls pls someone assist me with this problem
