After a very long struggle with our living room set we bought, we got a sales person named Jaco whom started to handel with us... We were on the edge to tell them to collect there couches and we whould have taken our bussiness to another place..but all that had change because of jaco! He is the only person i have ever met that follows up on his customers, hes friendly efficiant and a gr8 assit to Rochester. Thank you for giving us the best service a costumer can ask for!!
