I bought a Senqu flannel shirt from the Senqu Shop in Hazyview. When I tried it on in the shop I did not do up the cuffs and therefore did not realise that one of the cuffs was placed on the top of the arm and not at the bottom, where it usually is. I had already gone back to Johannesburg when the problem was realised and there are no Senqu shops in the city. I sent an email with photos to Senqu head office and they couriered a replacement shirt to me within 2 days. It really is brilliant service - I will continue to buy Senqu clothing both for the quality of the clothing and for the quality of the service. Senqu is highly recommended.
