I experienced the worst customer service from your game Rustenburg Mall and I regret entering that store. I have been buying my appliances from game Store East gate all along and the staff there is very friendly I experience bad service once but the store manager helped me in a professional way. I went to your Game in Rustenburg on the 14 January 2013 to apply for a credit card the lady who was assisting me was so rude but I decided to focus of what I was there for, then on Tuesday after the approval of my credit card I was given the vouchers for R400 I went and purchased the TV set for R8000 the lady never greater me and I had the vouchers on my hand to use with my TV she decided to focus on the transaction and I had other Items she left them and I said to her I need to use the vouchers for the items and she told me she is done if I want to use the vouchers I need to buy for more than R1500 I informed client that I cannot buy for R1500 while I just purchased for R8000 I requested to speak to the manager and she left for few seconds and came back and told me that if I want to cancel the transaction I can do that but I won't be able to get the TV the same day . the other lady
