We went to Game on Saturday the 1st June, we bought a Fridge and a deep Freezer. The sales asked if I would collect immediately, to which I said we would rather pay the R220 and they deliver. To my surprise, it is becoming impossible to get our delivery done. We are now wondering wether, we were sold an item which was out of stock or is it a case of, once they have the sale and the Money, client does not matter anymore. I spoke to a Gentleman called Alfred in the Fridge department on Monday around 3, he asked for my invoice number which I gave and in his word, why ARE YOU WAITING WHEN THERE IS STOCK ON HAND. To my surprise, I got home at 6 only to find no Fridge nor reezer. Can somebody help sort this one out ASAP. Frustrated customer.
